Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new residential and renovation project opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and architects
  • Prepare project proposals and cost estimates
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Achieve quarterly and annual business targets

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing/Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate or construction sales
  • Strong network in Mumbai's real estate industry
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
